We specialize in grass fed Scottish Highland beef
- It contains no hormones or un-necessary antibiotics
- It was raised on diverse vegetation and grass hay
- Some finishing is done with alfalfa hay cubes and distillers grain to add to the fat cover and flavor of the meat
- Processing is done by a USDA inspected butcher and the meat is inspected thoroughly during the harvesting process
- The carcass is dry aged for two weeks in inspected aging coolers
- It is then cut carefully by licensed butchers and vacuum packed into clear plastic freezer bags, labelled, and then frozen
- We are licensed and inspected by the state of Wisconsin as a vendor
- We store the meat in inspected freezers until it is delivered to you
- We will work with you to meet safely and or offer curb side pickup
Pickup Options
There are several options, if in doubt, select "Farm Pickup" and make a note in the comments section about what you prefer and we will work with you to fulfill the request
If you are in the Madison area, select the "Verona" location and make a note in the comments section as well about your preferred pick up options
It's Easy to Place an Order

Click on the Account tab at the top right corner of this screen, Log In or Create an Account, this is simply to provide information for setting up the order with you and to make it easier for you in the future to place orders, no information is shared
- Then going through either the Shop or Products tabs, select the items you want and add them to your cart, when the first item is added to the cart it will ask you what Delivery Option you prefer. Pick one and click on the Continue box at the bottom of the screen and it will take you to your Shopping Cart
- The Shopping Cart gives you another option to change the Delivery Location if you prefer, when done selecting items click on Checkout, if you did not create an account earlier, you have another chance to do so at this point.
- Select the payment method, add in additional comments and place the order
- The products you selected and placed in the cart were averages of each size selected, when the order is fulfilled the actual weights will be entered in and the actual total will be sent to you in an email, not all cuts are the same weight, so there is a little fluctuation in the total amount. If there is something specific you are looking for, make a note in the comment section and we will try to fulfill the request, maybe you want the largest roast we have or you want the smaller cuts, just make a note
- At this stage we will work with you to finalize the details of the pickup or delivery

Product Availability
Most cuts are in stock, there are a few exceptions, but the majority are available. It will say in the item descriptions page if not.
